All items purchased from Unaustralian are forwarded to customers as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. Our carrier for both domestic and international shipments is Australia Post. Our aim is to charge customers only the amount that is required to cover our own shipping fees. Therefore we do not make any profit on postage. However, due to variations between destinations and weights of products, the shipping fee levied by Unaustralian may sometimes be slightly higher or lower than our actual cost. In some instances Unaustralian will retain a small profit, though in just as many instances Unaustralian will incur a small loss.
Specifically our shipping fees are:
To Australia
- One item: $4.40 (including GST)
- Two items: $5.94 (including GST)
- Three items: $6.93 (including GST)
- Four items or more: $7.92 (including GST)
No shipping fee is charged on purchases of $100 or more.
Outside Australia
- One item: $6.00
- Two items: $7.40
- Three items: $8.30
- Four items or more: $9.20
No shipping fee is charged on purchases of $100 or more.
Customers in Australia can expect to take delivery of their purchases within 10 working days of placing their order, and should contact us if the goods are not received within this time. Delivery times to international destinations will vary from country to country, though overseas customers should contact us in the event that goods have not been received after one month.
Unaustralian will refund shipping fees in the event that goods are faulty or are not as ordered and are returned for a refund. We will not refund shipping fees in the event that you change your mind, however we will waive the shipping fee on any subsequent replacement item.
