At Unaustralian, we believe that your good opinion of us is more important than the $35 you may have paid for one of our garments. We therefore offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all online purchases, subject to the following conditions:
1. You have entered into the purchase transaction in good faith.
2. You have advised Unaustralian, by way of within 30 days of receiving the goods, that you wish to claim a refund. 3. You have returned the goods to Unaustralian within 14 days of your original notification, in accordance with the return instructions that will have been issued by Unaustralian.
4. Refunds will be paid to you by the same means that you originally paid Unaustralian.
We are also happy to exchange items for other Unaustralian goods of equal value.
In cases where the above conditions have not been met, we will endeavour to resolve any complaints or concerns to the satisfaction of both parties. If you wish to claim a refund for goods received more than 30 days ago, please
and provide details of the product and your reasons for wishing to claim a refund. However, please note that any such refund or return will be undertaken at the discretion of Unaustralian, as all goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being of merchantable quality, in accordance with your order and in accordance with Unaustralian’s description of the goods unless notification to the contrary is received within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty Goods
In the event that you have been supplied with Faulty Goods, Unaustralian will refund any freight charges you have paid, and will also pay for the return of the item.
Change of Mind
Subject to the above conditions, Unaustralian offers a refund or exchange in the event that you change your mind about purchasing the item. Such goods must be in as new condition. Freight charges will not be refunded, however we will forward an exchange garment free of additional freight charges.
Please do not be hesitant about requesting a refund or exchange if you feel it is appropriate. If you are not happy with the quality of an Unaustralian garment or other product, we are very eager to hear about it. As we have said, your good opinion of Unaustralian is worth more to us than your money.
